Integrations Menu

Manage and create data connection and social media authentications from the account level.

About the Integrations Menu

Manage your accounts external connections and authorizations using the Integrations menu.  Authorize or reauthorize connections directly or with a link where the account owner can authorize without ever having to log in to the Screenfeed account.

Adding an Integration

  1. Access the Integrations menu by logging into your Screenfeed account, then select the Integrations tile from the Account dashboard.
  2.  Click add integration to see all available Integrations
  • Calendar Integrations
    • Google Calendar
    • Microsoft Calendar 
  • Connect
    • Google Calendar
    • Google Sheets
    • Microsoft Calendar
    • Microsoft Excel
  • Power BI
    • Microsoft Power BI
  • Social Apps
    • Facebook
    • Instagram
    • LinkedIn
    • Teams

Integrations are authorized by product for example Google Calendar can be

authorized for the Calendar app independently from any Connect calendar

Integration.

Send an Integration Authorized Link

1. Click on the  “Authorize Link” button next to the product and connection.

2. You will see a new modal window open, click to generate a link

3. After a link is generated you can copy the url to send to the authorizing party, have us email to the contacts on file, or have screenfeed send the link via email to a different address. 

4. Expiration timing of the link and instructions on how to authorize or reauthorize  will be sent to the authorizing party. 

Monitor Integrations

On the main page we can see information about the current Integrations name of the data connection source, where the integration is used, what identity is authorized and when the last authorization occurred.
Optionally you can authorize directly from this screen or select to send an authorization link for Reauthentication purposes 

Contacts listed at the bottom of this page receive integration emails about broken connections or if there is a need to reauthorize an integration.

Add Integrations Contacts

  1. To add contacts to the integration email list choose users at the top account Banner.
  2. Edit or add a user
  3. Then check receives integration emails
  4. Save the user
