Screenfeed can, but has no obligation to, remove content and accounts containing content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party's intellectual property or these Terms of Service.
Verbal, physical, written or other abuse (including threats of abuse or retribution) of any Screenfeed customer, employee, member, or officer will result in immediate account termination.
You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Service, including your content, may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks; and changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
All information offered to Screenfeed's Users is the sole and exclusive property of Screenfeed or its information providers.
User agrees that it will not sell or in any way make items from Screenfeed available to any entity without written notice from Screenfeed.
Users shall not use or permit the use of material from Screenfeed in any way that compromises the integrity thereof or which infringes any copyrights or other intellectual property rights, contracts or proprietary interests.
User will indemnify and hold Screenfeed and its information providers harmless against any claim, damage, loss, liability or expense (including attorney's fees) of User or of third parties arising out of User's use of material from Screenfeed.

If your bandwidth usage significantly exceeds the average bandwidth usage (as determined solely by Screenfeed) of other Screenfeed customers, we reserve the right to immediately disable your account or reduce the Service or its availability to you until you can reduce your bandwidth consumption.
You expressly understand and agree that Screenfeed can and shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses (even if Screenfeed has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
The failure of Screenfeed to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision or any other right or provision or term described in the terms of Service. The Terms of Service constitutes the entire agreement between you and Screenfeed and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and Screenfeed (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).

Prices of all Services, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees to the Service, are subject to change without prior notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the Screenfeed website www.Screenfeed.com or the Service itself but Screenfeed is under no obligation to do so.
Each content feed in the Service requires the User to pay a monthly license for each digital signage player that displays the content. The monthly license fee for each player decreases significantly the more licenses you purchase per the pricing shown on this website. Each licenses provides 1 media player the ability to display the licensed content on one screen, or up to 4 screens from the same media player. Should your media player power more than 4 screens, contact Screenfeed for a reasonable licensing option to be obtained by emailing sales@screenfeed.com. Additionally, the standard licenses applies to screens no larger than 160" (diagonal); screens of larger sizes require a reasonable license option to be obtained by emailing sales@screenfeed.com.
Screenfeed shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.
You are solely responsible and liable for properly canceling your account. An email, fax or written request to cancel your account is considered cancellation. Any payment due at the time of cancellation remains due and Screenfeed is in no obligation to offer a refund for any pre-paid service.
Screenfeed, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate any account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service, or any other Screenfeed service, for any reason at any time. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your account and content or your access to your account and content, and the forfeiture and relinquishment of all content in your account.
Screenfeed reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
