When you share your data to Screenfeed through one or more 3rd party integrations we will store a snapshot of the data in order to reduce network bandwidth and maximize performance. The data will be stored securely within the Microsoft Azure cloud using industry best practices.
We prohibit you from using the Screenfeed service to transmit sensitive data such as regulated financial information, health information, or other sensitive information.
We will not manipulate the data for any reason other than for applying data filters that you define. Screenfeed engineers who build, maintain, and troubleshoot the Screenfeed application have a limited ability to download and view the data you have shared for troubleshooting purposes only. The data you choose to share via certain 3rd party services will be periodically updated and any outdated data will be overwritten unless otherwise instructed.
When you share data with Screenfeed via a 3rd party service we will store only the necessary credentials to continue to integrate with the 3rd party service, which may include OAuth tokens or other types necessary to maintain access to the 3rd party service.
With Google services, our data access rights are limited to your name, email, Google Sheets data or Google Calendar data. We will not access any other data related to your Google account. You can revoke the Screenfeed Connect app access to your Google Sheets or Google Calendars at any point in time from your Google Account control panel.
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to?keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.

Our Connect product can utilize, with your permission, data and images you supply to the Site. At any time if you no longer wish to utilize our Connect product and want to explicitly request to have any data associated with Connect deleted, contact us at support@screenfeed.com with your name and email associated with your Screenfeed account requesting your Connect data to be deleted.
